Trained at the Academy of Aesthetic Arts, her focus has been continuing education, to bring the latest techniques in the industry home to her guests. Her positive energy is given to the salon and clients each and every day. Outside of her work, she is involved in charity work, helping others achieve their goals, and at home with her daughter and husband.

Irina has been a stylist since 2004 and began working at Beyond Beauty in 2008.. In the salon, Irina is always striving to create an environment in which her clients feel at ease in order to express their own ideas. Irina's number one goal is for her clients to be confident and satisfied with their hairstyle. Irina also believes you can never stop learning in this industry, so she stays current with the latest trends and takes continuing education classes in order to cater to the wide range of clientele she has. Irina has styled models for their head shots and does grandma's weekly shampoo set, Irina can come up with that versatile yet easy style for all you mother's on the go. Irina absolutely loves every aspect of her job and hopes to see you in her chair very soon!
Irina was born in Ukraine and has been in US since 1995. She is a mother of two beautiful girls ages 17 and 10. She is optimistic, active and open to any new adventure, and just loves life in all aspects.

Courtney Heiman-Master Designer

Courtney is a graduate of the American Academy of Hair Design in Topeka, KS. She has color enhancement training with Redken, L'OREAL Expert, and Schwarzkopf. Courtney has trained under platform artists specializing in the Chi System with trendy, and sassy haircuts. She is a Redken color specialist. Her strengths are in the art of cutting which stems from training with Toni and Guy cutting techniques, Redken in New York and Aquage Kinetic cutting & razoring.
Her other specialties include Coloring, Extensions, Waxing, Make-up application, Women's Styles, Color Correction, Special Occasion Up-Dos.
Courtney also enjoys on the job sites for weddings and special events. Her 11 years of experience has made her highly knowledgeable with all types and textures of hair. She is certified in the Dream Catcher extensions!! Getting that great long, beautiful hair without the damage.
Courtney looks forward to creating and adding style on top of beauty with her great communication skills, so that you're completely satisfied with every minute of the experience.
In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her two boys, continuing education, dancing, music, movies and feels so blessed with great friends and clients!!

Shannon has excelled at redefining the perception of haircutting ,haircoloring and creates hairstyles that are both dynamic and verstaile. Shannon's spunky personality invites her clients to be part of the creativity in her art. Although She appreciates all hair textures she knows first hand and understands curly hair.
Shannon has been in the industry for 20 yrs. and has continued her education with hairshows and classes to keep up with the trendy styles. Also training with L'Oreal Professional, Redken and Deva Curl. Knowing how important it is to recreate your style at home she will teach you how to maintain with proper tools and products.

What is most important to Shannon is to help each client to acheive their own personal vision of style and beauty and to see them smile.
